Hot and Cheesy Bloopers...just one idea of making the world a more creative place!

You probably have been checking out my blog every now and then and maybe you are wondering how the title of the blog relates to my posts...

I crave to be creative, whether it was planning our wedding, dance choreography, scrap-books (Uday calls them "crap-books" for fun), home decorating and the like. Since I work as a family therapist for the county, most of the time I feel restricted with my creativity, so I have been enjoying putting our trips on video to music.
It takes up more time than my husband or I would like, but I feel like it has been filling the void of not being able to be creative at my work. I feel, making the video is a lot like dance choreography. I pick and chose clips from our video and set it to music. I am still learning about this computer stuff and my husband has been patient enough to teach me. He has spent a lot of his time helping me and I am grateful for this.

Also, while working for the county, there are a lot of older people who are conservative and serious. By making these
videos, not to mention being fortunate enough to go on these trips, I try and maintain my young spirit and keep my sense of humor. Uday does a good job in making this pretty easy for me. This time I could not resist and had to make another video from our Cancun trip with a few clips of Boo (our dog) to be creative and make a funny video. This is our second Bloopers video and I hope to make more in the future from our honey moon trip.

So without further a due... the video you have all been waiting for (Uday makes fun of me, because he says no one is
interested in my video's and it is a waste of time)... I present to you (from Cancun, Mexico): Hot and Cheesy Bloopers!

La Isla Bonita

Here is a video we created of some of the highlights of our trip to Cancun, Mexico. What our pictures did not capture our video did (and vice versa). Uday and I worked together on this video to make it fun to watch. It takes a lot more time then it looks! I enjoy being creative with things like these video's...and drive Uday crazy especially since nothing I do is easy!

For those of you that have the computer capacity to watch this video, sit back, relax and enjoy!!! You might feel like your in Mexico for a few minutes! Feel free to leave your comments at the bottom of the post!

Livin La Vida Loca, in Cancun, Mexico....

We just got back from a short 5 day trip to Cancun, Mexico. It was practically a free trip since we went on a time-share presentation. It took about 2 hours to get there due to air traffic and about one hour to fly home (just another perk to living in South Florida)! This was my valentines gift from Uday and also to celebrate our two year anniversary as a couple.

In our short time we were able to see one of the 7 Wonders of the World which was one of the sites built by the Mayan tribes (some 2000 years ago). This site is called "Chichen Itza". It has a very interesting history. We were told that Mel Gibson's movie, "Apoctolypto" was not filmed there but rather on a replica in mexico (for those of you who may have seen this movie). I have not seen the movie but since visiting the site and learning the true history I am more interested in seeing the movie. After visiting the ruins in the heat we got to go swimming in a Sonata (sinkhole). It was so cold and it felt so refreshing... legend has it that it leads to the other side of the world via underground rivers!! It was a lot of fun!

We also visited "Senor Frog's" restaurant for dinner and could hardly eat since the waiters were always pulling us up to dance or engage in some activity. Very stimulating and fun place to hang!! And of course no trip to Cancun would be complete without a visit to the infamous Coco Bongo's Nightclub!! We got some cool pictures even though our camera does not take the best pictures in the dark. It was so entertaining that we hardly had anytime or space to dance, but it was Mucho Caliente!!

We also went snorkeling and visited "La Isla Mujeres" (Island of Women). The beach was very beautiful and we got a great picture of a pirate ship! Here we also learned that this is a favorite vacation spot for Santa Claus!!
We had a really good time in Cancun and we survived another Time Share Presentation without buying one.
